Katie Pratt is an artist and geographer based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She makes art in her free time and enjoys experimenting with materials and styles. Her work is filled with vibrant colors, bold shapes, and stylized creatures. Often working in collage, she builds layers and textures to create whimsical worlds and moods.
A lifelong learner and lover of art making, Katie has found her own path to creating. She started making art at a very young age and is always most happy immersed in a project. Katie has studied art in bits and pieces throughout her life, weaving it alongside other areas of work and education. A busy working mom, Katie is accustomed to stealing away moments here and there to continue her art journey.
She is looking forward to many art adventures yet to come.
